Right of Withdrawal — UAML Memory

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. In accordance with §1829 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, a Consumer who has purchased a UAML Memory license online has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion (i.e., the day the order was confirmed).

1.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement by email to:

1.4. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

1.5. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the period expires.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1. In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, GLG, a.s. offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions.

2.2. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of first payment. This is simpler than the formal withdrawal process and available to all customers (consumers and businesses alike).

2.3. Contact support@uaml.ai to request a refund.

3. Exception for Digital Content

3.1. In accordance with §1837(l) of the Civil Code, the Consumer cannot withdraw if:

the Seller has commenced performance with the Consumer's prior express consent; and
the Consumer has acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right.

3.2. During checkout, you will be asked to confirm whether you consent to immediate commencement and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal right. This consent is recorded.

3.3. If you did not give such consent, the full 14-day withdrawal right applies.

3.4. Note: Even if the statutory withdrawal right is waived, the 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 2) still applies.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

4.1. If you withdraw, the Seller shall:

reimburse all payments within 14 days of being informed;
use the same payment method as your original transaction;
not charge any fees for the reimbursement.

4.2. Refunds are processed through ComGate (comgate.cz), the same payment processor used for the original transaction.

4.3. If you requested service commencement during the withdrawal period (without consent under §1837(l)), you shall pay a proportionate amount for what was provided.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

5.1. Upon withdrawal, your license and access to the Commercial Edition will be terminated.

5.2. Your account will be downgraded to the Community Edition (free tier).

5.3. Since UAML Memory uses a local-first architecture, all your data remains on your own systems and is not affected by withdrawal.
